Présentation
As Junior Professor, I hold the "Innovation Management & Future of Healthcare" research chair at Université Paris-Saclay, Faculté Jean Monnet, RITM laboratory. I was previously Associate Professor at IAE Paris-Sorbonne Business School. Before that, I held various management positions, including 10 years as marketing and quality director in the food industry.
My research fields include healthcare management, health-related behaviors, food and health marketing, and digital transformation.
I am a graduate from ESSEC Business School (1995), with a PhD in management and business science from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2014) and a HDR research qualification ("habilitation à diriger des recherches") from Université Gustave Eiffel (2023).
