Présentation
Guillaume F. Nataf received a M.Sc. degree in physics and nanoscience from the Grenoble Institute of Technology in 2013, and a Ph.D degree in physics from the University of Luxembourg and Université Paris Saclay in 2016. From 2017 to 2018, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) where he then became a Research Fellow of the Royal Commission of 1851 from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, he became a CNRS Research Scientist in GREMAN, Tours, France.
His research focuses on functional oxides (ferroelectrics and ferroelastics), whose outstanding properties result from a complex interaction between chemical compositions, crystallographic orientations, and micro/nanostructures. He is particularly interested in micro/nanostructures (pores, domains, domain walls).
