Yi-Ping Fang


Yi-Ping FANG is an assistant professor at the EDF (Electricité de France) Chair SSEC with a joint appointment at the École CentraleSupélec, Université Paris-Saclay, France, since April 2017. I have hold my PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from École Contrale Paris (ECP), France, and I have been the post-doc research associate at ETH Zurich, Switzerland from March 2015 to January 2017. My primary research interests generally focus on the study and development of advanced computational methods for risk, vulnerability and resilience analysis of critical infrastructures (e.g. electrical power grids, energy-carrier networks, electrified transportation). Particularly, I am interested in interdependency modeling, uncertainty quantification, stochastic and robust optimization, game theory. I am author of more than 20 publications, all in refereed international journals and conferences. I am an invited reviewer of 10 international journals and a member of IEEE.
