  • 2011–2014: Expert for the Mesolithic and the Neolithic eras within the Interregional Commission of Archaeological Research (CIRA) for the Centre-East of the France (Rhône-Alpes Auvergne regions).

  • 2007–2014: manager of the Neolithic research team of the UMR 5608 TRACES (~60 members)

  • 2007–2014 and 2016–2020: Member of the Laboratory Council of the UMR 5608 TRACES.

 

Scientific Responsabilities

  • since 2018 : head of the International Research Network « DECAPAN : from the last hunters to the first agro-pastoralists in North Africa »

Program of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication; Late Palaeolithic, First and Second Mesolithic, Early and Final Neolithic.

Since 1998, manager of 5 surveys and 6 excavations.

From 1992 to 2004, 33 months of rescue excavations in France and Switzerland.

Participation in 17 different excavations as a volunteer in France, Cyprus and Syria.

 

International experience

Postdoc in Trento (Italia, 2002–2003) and in Valencia (Spain, 2004).

Several study missions in Cyprus, Italia, Syria, Turkey, Spain, Croatia, Canada and USA.

 

Teaching experience

Since 2016, Masters course on ‘C14 Dating and Bayesian modelling’ (6h/year).

Since 2008, Masters course on ‘Database and archaeology’ (3h/year) and ‘Archaeology and statistics’ (9h/year).
