Présentation
**Research interests**
Physical chemistry applied to food packaging, towards the development of sustainable solutions. To that aim, the macroscopic properties down to the mechanisms of molecular interactions are investigated, particularly sorption and diffusion of active compounds at interfaces. Studied systems include food macromolecules, bio-based and biodegradable polymers, and natural materials such as cork and wood.
