Mes travaux de recherche actuels concernent l'étude expérimentale et la modélisation de fours tournants munis de releveurs, notamment des aspects thermiques et hydrodynamiques. Depuis le 1er janvier 2019, je suis rattaché au laboratoire Ingénierie Procédés Aliments (Genial-UMR1145)

J'enseigne le génie des procédés au Cnam (formation professionnelle supérieure tout au long de la vie) à des professionnels, futurs ingénieurs pour la plupart ; en présentiel et à distance.
