Publication de Sophie Sadet-Bourgeteau


Au sein de l’équipe BIOCOM, les recherches s’organisent en trois grands axes : 1) distribution spatiale, dynamique et déterminisme  de la biodiversité taxonomique ; 2) lien biodiversité – fonctionnement biologique sol, et 3) évaluation environnementale des modes d’usages des sols. Bien que ces trois axes soient complémentaires, mon projet de recherche se centre plus particulièrement sur la diversité fonctionnelle des communautés microbiennes des sols (axes 2 et 3). Plus concrètement, mon sujet de recherche porte sur « l’impact des Produits Résiduaires Organiques (PRO) sur la diversité microbienne du sol ».
