Expertise

My work is part of the programs of the team entitled “Yield under Abiotic Challenges” and focuses on plant and seed development. More specifically, I develop biochemical tools for tissue characterization: prediction NIRS models (C-N content, seed storage proteins, cell wall polysaccharides), elementary analysis (C-N-S), protein analysis (western blot). I also carry out analyzes of seed exudates in order to characterize the compounds that are critical during the early stages of germination/emergence.
