Je m’intéresse aux fonctions physiologiques de l’œuf d’oiseau et à son rôle comme support du développement embryonnaire. Mes recherches se focalisent sur la caractérisation des structures extra-embryonnaires d’un point de vue morphologique et moléculaire, et à leur cinétique de formation. J’étudie la variabilité génétique des œufs fertilisés (effet « souche « et effet « sexe ») et je mène des recherches sur la détermination de conditions optimales de stockage et d’incubation des œufs, pour accompagner le développement de l’embryon et du poussin (amélioration de l’éthique de la production des œufs à couver).
