  •         Scientific and technical management of projects in the field of microbiological food safety using quantitative risk assessment approaches with predictive microbiology models.
  •         Supervision of phD theses (4  from 2016) on the research of gene biomarkers of Campylobacter behavior, & on the modeling of bacterial spoilage
