Présentation

I am a permanent [INRAE](https://www.inrae.fr/) researcher since 2013 in the team [Biology of Signalling Systems](http://bios.tours.inra.fr/bios_group/) (BIOS) within the laboratory [Physiologie de la Reproduction et des Comportements](https://www6.val-de-loire.inrae.fr/physiologie_reproduction_comportements) (PRC). The BIOS team is an interdisciplinary team composed of biologists, informaticians and mathematicians. Our main research area is the study of the dynamics of cellular signalling networks induced by G protein coupled receptors (GPCR), using a system biology approach. We particularly focus on GPCR signaling systems involved in reproductive biology and social behavior. I'm mathematician by training. My works deals with deterministic and stochastic models in biology, particulary from cellular and molecular biology (including signalling systems, reaction networks, gene expression, protein aggregation and structured population dynamics). I'm interested in hybrid modelling, and study stochastic processes, limit theorem, asymptotic properties. I'm also interested in parameter estimation for the dynamic model we study. The main applications I'm interested in concern reproductive biology.
