**Biographie :** I received a Ph.D in Computer Science (specialization Operations Research, Combinatorial Optimization) from the [Systems Engineering and Computer Science Program](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjn0p63rZPjAhUG3uAKHV8tBrQQFjAAegQIBRAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cos.ufrj.br%2F&usg=AOvVaw1or-E-9APqrAd5NGiuI4eT) of the [Federal University of Rio de Janeiro](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjP1pTGrZPjAhUdAWMBHVvFDO4QFjAAegQIBhAD&url=https%3A%2F%2Fufrj.br%2F&usg=AOvVaw0QTa6udilsDLGiYiD1hL1X) in 2005. Between 1999 and 2009, I was associate professor in the [State University of Rio de Janeiro](http://www.uerj.br/). From 2009 to 2013 I was a researcher at the [Center for Research and Development in Mathematics and Applications](https://cidma.ua.pt/) (CIDMA) of [Department of Mathematics](https://www.ua.pt/dmat/), [University of Aveiro. Between](https://www.ua.pt/#/) 2013 and 2014, I was a post-doctoral researcher at [Heudiasyc](https://www.hds.utc.fr/), [University of Technology of Compiègne](https://www.utc.fr/). Since October 2014 I integrate the [LIA](https://lia.univ-avignon.fr/) (Laboratoire Informatique d'Avignon) as associate professor.
