Pierre Dublanchet


Overview

As a geophysicist, I develop mechanical models to study the physics of fault slip in general, with a particular interest in natural and induced earthquakes. I test the different models against seismological observation, from the centimetric scale of the laboratory, to the kilometric scale of major tectonic faults.
