Search for a chloroplastic 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase. **1990-1993** : PhD, 3 years and a half in Pr. Roland Douce laboratory (UMR41). Rhone Poulenc Agrochimie-CNRS. Lyon, France. Subject : Study of the metabolism of the vitamin biotin in higher plants. **1993-1995** : Post-doc of 2 years in Pr. John Andrew laboratory, Research School of Biological Sciences, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia. Subject : Study of the mechanisms that modulate CO2 and O2 up-take by the enzyme RubisCO from several marine algae. **1996** : Post-doc of 1 year in Dominique Job laboratory (UMR41).Rhone Poulenc Agrochimie-CNRS. Hiroshi Ezura laboratory at the Gene Research Center, University of Tsukuba (Japan) in the frame of the TIL joint laboratory Tsukuba-INRA 2008-2013. Hiroshi Ezura laboratory at the Gene Research Center, University of Tsukuba (Japan) in the frame of the PHC Project “Sakura”. Subject : Study of the link between ascorbic acid metabolism and parthenocarpy in tomato fruits.
