**Situation :** Professeur des Universités à l'ENSIBS (Lorient) depuis 2023. Depuis 2012, Enseignant-Chercheur à l'Université Bretagne Sud (Lorient), au sein de l'équipe FHOOX (Facteurs Humains et Organisationnels, autOmatique et systèmes compleXes) du laboratoire Lab-STICC (UMR CNRS 6285). Ingénieur (2007) et Docteur (2010) de l'Ecole Centrale Nantes. Responsable de l'équipe FHOOX (depuis 2020) et du pôle SHM (depuis 2022) au sein du Lab-STICC
**Thématique de recherche :** Ingénierie des systèmes sociotechniques et Coopération dans les Systèmes Humains Machines.
