Pascal Henry Biwolé graduated from the Special Military Academy of St-Cyr Coëtquidan in 2002. He holds a PhD degree in Civil Engineering obtained in 2009 at the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon, France, and a research directorship habilitation degree from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis obtained in 2016. He also holds a Masters Degree in Contemporary History from Paris - Sorbonne obtained in 2003. He currently heads the Institute of Technology of the University Clermont Auvergne, France
