Nathalie Combourieu-Nebout


Directrice de Recherche

N. Combourieu-Nebout (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3604-5986), développe des recherches internationales et pluridsciplinaire en région méditerranéenne et applique sa méthodologie sur des enregistrements marins et continentaux, passés et actuels, tout au long du Quaternaire. Depuis le début de sa carrière, elle a dirigé plusieurs projects parmi lesquels l'AMR LAMA (2008-2011) avec Michel Magny, elle a été impliquée dans plus de 30 projets français et européens et est aujourd'hui impliquée dans le programme MISTRALS - volet PaleoMex depuis 2010 (reconstruction dees changements de la végétation méditerranéenne au cours de l'Holocène) et dans le groupe international SCOPSCO qui travaille sur l'une des séries temporelles les plus longues de Méditerranée (Site d'Ohrid). Elle a été primée pour sa thèse en 1987 et, avec un groupe de chercheur en 2005 (Prix Louis D) pour leur travail sur les événements climatiques abrupts. Elle dispense des cours dans des universités françaises et italiennes (25-30h/an) et a dirigé plusieurs étudiants depuis le lycée jusqu'à la thèse et le post-doctorat. Sa reconnaissance à l'échelle internationale et ses capacité à faire évoluer ses recherches sont mises en valeur par la dissémination de ses travaux dans des revues internationales (69 articles dans des revues référencées - h-index 26 scopus), l'organisation de sessions de congrès internationaux et un engagement dand le commité éditorial de la revue Climate of the Past.
