N. Combourieu-Nebout (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3604-5986), develops international and interdisciplinary research projects in the Mediterranean and apply her methodology on past and present records over the whole Quaternary as well on continental and marine sites. From the beginning of her career, she had several research projects among which the ANR LAMA (2008-2011), was involved in 30 French and European research projects and today involved in the French MISTRALS-PaleoMex project since 2010 to work on the Mediterranean vegetation changes during the Holocene and in the SCOPSCO multidisciplinary research group working on one of the longest Mediterranean record (Ohrid lake). She was awarded (Louis D price) in 2005 with a group of paleoclimatologists for works on abrupt climatic changes. She displays academic courses (25-30 h/yr) in several French universities and in Italy and managed several students from high school to Phd and Post-doc. International recognition and dissemination, the ability to evolve in her research fields through new interdisciplinary approaches are highlighted by 69 peer-reviewed papers (h-index 26 scopus), organization of 10 international symposia and involvement in Climate of the Past editorial board.
