Nathalie BOUTIN

Nathalie Boutin is currently attached to CERGAM, the management research unit of Aix-Marseille University (AMU) after obtaining her PhD at IMPGT (2018) with a grant from the Labex OT-MED (Laboratory of Excellence: Objectif Terre-Méditerranée). Her thesis entitled ‘’*Management territorial et conflits environnementaux industriels: à la recherche de la biodiversité’’* has been awarded recently (2019): \- **First prize** from the University of Aix-Marseille in economics and management sciences for the interdisciplinary nature of this work on biodiversity. \- **Second prize** from the AIRMAP (Association Internationale de Recherche en Management Public) opening to the publication of this thesis by the Editions l'Harmattan. In parallel with her research, she has been teaching in management at the IMPGT (Institute of Public Management and Territorial Governance), particularly with regard to CSR aspects of public and private organizations, and environmental management (Southern Mediterranean and Gulf countries). Her interests include management, environmental management, corporate social responsibility, human-environmental interactions, and governance. Her current research (postdoctoral contract ending in September 2019) is part of a European research program (COGOV - H2020) and more particularly a survey on innovative and original practices of more participatory contemporary governance conducted by the University of Aix-Marseille and involving six countries. In the meantime, she is involved in several research programs within interdisciplinary devices of the CNRS and the University such as the *Observatoire Hommes-Milieux Bassin Minier de Provence* (OHM-BMP, DRIIHM Labex). She has a background in management and environmental engineering. For her research, she can also rely on a practical knowledge of management based on management positions in private and public institutions for twenty years.
