**Research activities:** I am a researcher in materials science and solid physics with a focus: - on semiconductors (Si, Ge, organics), - on materials for spintronics, - on the characterisations of the physical and electrical properties of these materials. *Laboratory:* [CINaM-CNRS UMR7325](http://www.cinam.univ-mrs.fr/cinam/en/) Marseille, France **Teaching activities:** I am teaching materials science for future engineers and researchers at[ Polytech Marseille](https://polytech.univ-amu.fr/en/faculty), Graduate School of Engineering of Aix-Marseille University, Marseille, France **Skills:** - extensive experience conducting independent research - ability for understanding a problem and proposing and implementing an approach towards (a) solution(s) - analytical oral and writing capacities - leadership ability on small size groups - strong background on materials : processing, characterisation, etc - technical competencies related to operation, reparation and maintenance of high technological equipments **Specialities**: - ultra-vacuum techniques - surfaces analysis (AES, XPS, UPS, RHEED, MEB, AFM, FT-IR) - materials characterizations (XRD, TEM, DSC) - thin films design (MBE, CVD, lithography
