Deployment of the Distribution Requirement Planning method between production sites and storage platforms. Integration of expiry constraints in the calculation of subsidiaries’ inventory and development of a tool to detect micro-shortages in the french subsidiary, in VBA language.

Results:

Improving the service level by 30 % and reducing the number of products in total shortage of more than 50 %.
