ANR ENVAHY: Impregnation of the environment following an industrial accident in a dense urban environment: research into markers and their transfer to the hydrosystem. AAP CPIER IMPACTES: Impulse a new dynamic in the Improvement of the Collection and recovery of wood waste to support the Ecological and Solidarity Transition. Budget: 25k€. The aim of this project was to reproduce the combustion of soiled wood in a small domestic fireplace, and to qualify and quantify the combustion products. I supervised an M2 intern on the analytical part and worked with the laboratory's assistant engineer. 2020-2023. RIN Research COPHERL: COnséquences Potentielles pour l'Homme et l'Environnement, perception et RésiLience. Funding: Region + ERDF. Budget: 1.3 M€. I manage the elemental analysis (metals) by ICP/AES and ICP/MS in water and soil samples. I have recruited a design engineer for the ENVAHY project, linked to COPHERL, who is in charge of sample preparation (SPE for water, pressurized extraction (for organics) or mineralization (for inorganics) for soil) and analysis by LC-MS/MS or GC-MS/MS. 2017-2021. PUFBIO project: Fine and ultrafine particles from the combustion of petroleum fuels and second-generation biofuels: Comparative study of physicochemical and toxicological characteristics in vitro. Elle est chargée de développer les méthodes de préparation de l’échantillon afin de suivre les polluants dans les différents compartiments environnementaux (eaux, sols, sédiments). Elle met au point les protocoles d’extraction sur phase solide pour les eaux, avant leur analyse par chromatographie en phase liquide et/ou gazeuse, ainsi que les protocoles d’extraction accélérée par solvant pour les sols et sédiments. AAP CPIER IMPACTES : Impulser une nouvelle dynamique dans l’Amélioration de la Collecte et de la valorisation des déchets de bois pour soutenir la Transition Écologique et Solidaire. Budget : 25 k€. Le but de ce projet était de reproduire dans un petit foyer domestique la combustion des bois souillés et de qualifier et quantifier les produits de combustion. J’ai encadré un stagiaire M2 sur la partie analytique et travaillé avec l’assistante ingénieur du laboratoire. 2020-2023. Je gère la partie analyse élémentaire (métaux) par ICP/AES et ICP/MS dans les eaux et sols prélevés. J’ai recruté une ingénieure d’études sur le projet ENVAHY, lié à COPHERL, qui est chargée de la préparation d’échantillon (SPE pour les eaux, extraction sous pression (pour les organiques) ou minéralisation (pour les inorganiques) pour les sols) et de l’analyse par LC-MS/MS ou GC-MS/MS. 2017-2021. Projet PUFBIO : Particules fines et ultrafines issues de la combustion de carburants pétroliers et biocarburants de seconde génération : Etude comparative des caractéristiques physico-chimiques et toxicologiques in vitro. Financement : ANSES. Budget : 199.6 k€. Dans le cadre de ce projet, j’encadre la partie analyse des phase gaz. Participation à un réseau de recherche : membre de l’AFSEP (association francophone des sciences séparatives), qui se réunit périodiquement pour des conférences thématiques autour de l’analyse.
