I obtained my PhD in Microbiology in 2009 at Agrocampus Ouest (Rennes), studying bacterial-fungal interactions in the wheat rhizosphere. As a post-doctoral fellow with Fergal O’Gara at the University College Cork, I investigated the role of bacterial secretion systems in the rhizosphere competence of beneficial Pseudomonas strains. Since 2012, I worked as an INRAE scientist iat the IRHS (Angers). My research focuses on the the biological and ecological processes involved in the assembly of seed microbiota.
