Since 2003, I have worked at IMT Lille Douai as instructional designer, team manager and since 2019, september as assistant professor, developing educational innovations and Technologies Enhanced Learning (TEL), like pedagogical Agile Approaches, serious games, MOOC and so on. I collaborate with teachers to develop these innovations for many scientific themes (fluid mechanics, statistic, computer science, etc.).
Since the end of 2015, I work with the MOCAH team at Sorbonne Université (Paris), and obtained a PhD thesis in 2018. My main researches focus on the meta-design of serious games involving teachers at the stages of design and use. In the frame of my thesis, I am developing a formal model of serious games, methods and visualizations for student traces analysis when using this type of TEL.
