Organization studies scholar with practical experience in managing and building multistakeholder organizations

Marija Roglic research interest is at the crossroad of critical and processual studies. She is interested in understanding the strategic management processes and practices that are appropriate to ‘’pluralistic “ settings, i.e., multistakeholder and multiscalar organizational contexts.

Empirically, she is researching the European Union LEADER programme. Drawing from her experience as a practitioner, she is interested in analysing its outcomes in the context of responsible innovation and territorial governance processes

She brings years of experience in strategic management, EU policy and sustainable development. Working at the interface of private sector, public administration, civil society and academia. Throughout the years she has held several positions on boards of different governmental, NGO and territorial organizations working on the topics of territorial development in Croatia and wider region.
