 Thèmes de recherche

Ma thématique de recherche concerne l’acclimatation des arbres aux contraintes environnementales, principalement la sécheresse et l’impédance mécanique du sol. Je développe deux axes en particulier :

  •  La biologie intégrative de la réponse au déficit hydrique chez le peuplier. Je développe des approches interdisciplinaires pour identifier les réseaux de gènes impliqués dans l’acclimatation du peuplier au déficit hydrique.
  •  Les contrôles biophysiques, cellulaires et moléculaires de la croissance de la racine en réponse à l’environnement. J’étudie comment les contraintes édaphiques (déficit hydrique, résistance mécanique du sol) affectent les processus cellulaires à la base de la croissance primaire, division et expansion cellulaire, et les acteurs moléculaires qui les déterminent.
