Activités de recherches :

Mes activités de recherches visent à développer des outils diagnostic microfluidiques permettant de détecter des signatures mécaniques anormales de cellules associées avec certaines pathologies. Dernièrement, la thèse d'Amin Amirouche, soutenue en décembre 2017, a permis de développer une approche prometteuse testée sur des cellules arti ciellement rigidi ées. Grâce aux récentes collaborations avec le Pr. Stéphane Picot de la Malaria Research Unit et le Pr. Philippe Connes du LIBM (équipe "Vascular Biology and Red Blood Cell") et à l'implantation d'un banc de caractérisation mécanique microfluidique aux Hospices Civiles de Lyon (service parasitologie et mycologie médicale), nous validons les dispositifs microfluidiques développés ces 3 dernières années sur des chantillons pathologiques.
