SYNOPSIS

I am senior researcher at CNRS and head of the "Structural biophysics" team and of the biophysics and macromolecular crystallography facility at IPBS. I am cofounder of the Integrated Platform of Screening of Toulouse (PICT), a national facility on structural biology and ligand screening, IBiSA labelled platform, certified ISO 9001:2008 and NF X50-900. My main competence is in the field of biochemistry, biophysics and structural biology, including X-ray crystallography of biological macromolecules and their complexes. I have contributed to the publication of 82 original articles in international journals (h-index=39) and contributed to the determination of 103 structures deposited with the Protein Data Bank.
