**Thèmes de recherche**
Mon thème général de recherche est celui de l’analyse économique des comportements alimentaires individuels des consommateurs par le recours aux méthodes de l’économie expérimentale.Le premier thème concerne les déterminants économiques des comportements de consommation finale alimentaire et de l’inflexion de ces comportements par des politiques publiques incitatives.
Le deuxième thème concerne la mise au point de nouvelles méthodologies expérimentales ; le but est d’améliorer et de fiabiliser la méthode afin d’obtenir en laboratoire des résultats reproductibles et prédictifs du monde réel.
