Laura Mariana REYES MADRIGAL Ph.D. Student in Complex Systems Engineering

I am a Mexican architect currently working on my Ph.D. at the Institute de Recherche Technologique (IRT) SystemX and the Laboratoire de Génie Industriel in CentraleSupéléc (Paris-Saclay) on the topic of “Mobility as a Service: Concepts, governance and business models” under the supervision of Isabelle NicolaïJakob Puchinger and Virginie Boutueil. I obtained a degree in Architecture and a specialization diploma in Urban Planning and Management of Metropolitan Mobility in Mexico. I joined the Anthropolis Chair at IRT SystemX in November 2020, after successfully completing a MSc in Urban Planning, Transportation and Mobility masters' degree at the Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris (Université Gustave Eiffel). During my master studies I had the opportunity to carry out two research internships at the Laboratoire Ville Mobilité Transport (LVMT). These internships marked the beginning of my research interest on the topic of Mobility as a Service. I wrote my masters' dissertation on the topic: "Mobility as a Service (MaaS): Governance configurations as consolidating or weakening elements for public transport services" under the supervision of Virginie Boutueil. Some of my research interests are sustainable mobility, technological innovation, socioeconomic dynamics, urban planning and architecture.
