Présentation

Après un diplôme d’études supérieures approfondies (DESA) en Neurosciences Fondamentales et Cliniques obtenu en 2001, à l’Université Mohammed V de Rabat au Maroc, elle poursuit ses études en France et obtient en 2006 un Doctorat en Neurosciences de l’Université Claude Bernard de Lyon. Elle réalise alors un premier séjour post-doctoral de deux années au commissariat à l’énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives (CEA), dans le laboratoire des maladies neurodégénératives (Orsay). Son projet portait sur l’évaluation de nouveaux radiotraceurs - ligands du récepteur TSPO - pour l’imagerie des processus inflammatoires dans les maladies neurodégénératives. Un second séjour postdoctoral la mènera à Clermont-Ferrand dans l’UMR 990 « imagerie moléculaire et thérapie vectorisée » où elle participera à la mise en place de la nouvelle plateforme d’imagerie préclinique et participera au développement d’une stratégie théranostique pour l’imagerie moléculaire et la radiothérapie du mélanome. En 2014, elle obtient un poste de maître de conférence à la faculté de pharmacie de Nantes où elle enseigne depuis, la pharmacologie et la pharmacocinétique. Ses activités de recherche sont centrées autour du développement et l’évaluation d’outils théranostiques pour l’imagerie et la radiothérapie interne vectorisée (RIV) du cancer au sein de l’équipe Oncologie Nucléaire du CRCI2NA. Latifa Rbah-Vidal est membre du comité Translational Molecular Imaging and Therapy de l’association européenne de médecine nucléaire (EANM) depuis 2017.
