Title: The mission-driven companies: Forms, model and implications of a collective commitment

(Les entreprises à mission : formes, modèle et implications d’un engagement collectif)

This research focuses on the emergence, design and organization of new statutes and governance models for innovative companies through the statutory definition of a collective "purpose" beyond classical for-profit objectives. It relies on the study of new corporate legal forms that have been introduced in several countries.
