PhD Information and Communication Studies

Kaouther AZOUZ is a PhD in information and communication sciences. She is an Associate Researcher at the GERiiCO laboratory. Her first studies were in history. She got a Master Degree in ModernWestern History (mention History of Gender and Mentalities). She had a double cursus in Information and Library Sciences at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Sciences de l'Information et des Bibliothèques (ENSSIB) then in Multilingual Information Systems Engineering at the Université Lumières Lyon 2. She worked at the National Library of Tunis as coordinator of cultural and digital projects where she carried out cross-cutting missions in scientific and cultural mediation, monitoring, event communication and documentation. In addition to the library world, Kaouther AZOUZ has taught as an Assitant Teaching and Research  (2016-2018) at the Universities of Paris-Est-Marne-la-Vallée (Gustave Eiffel) and Paris Nanterre. She was a lecturer at the University of Lille and Library partnerships Officer at OpenEdition (2018-2019).
