Research interests and expertise
Research activities are conducted on sweet cherry trees:
1- Analyses of genes and QTL of traits involved in the plant adaptation to climate changes (chilling requirement, blooming date, fruit cracking susceptibility)
2- Implementation of a marker-assisted breeding program for the above traits
Coordination and management
· Management of BSc and MSc students (average of 4 students per year)
