Isabelle Laplace's resume

Isabelle Laplace is Doctor in economics specialised in aeronautics, graduated in 2001 from theToulouse Capitole University. During the PhD, Isabelle has studied the productivity of an ATM organisation taking the French case as an example (“Costs and productivity of the French ATM organisation”). This PhD was performed at ENAC (l’École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile).

She is currently the Head of the Air Transport Sustainable Growth Program at ENAC and was previously Economist and European Project manager at M3 Systems (a French SME).

Isabelle has acquired 12 years’ experience in project management and 16 years’ experience  in economic analysis applied to air transport. Her expertise concerns the economic aspects of the air transport market in terms of passenger demand, airline behaviour, airport strategies, airport capacity, air transport liberalisation, door-to-door travel and intermodality features between air other transport modes. All these projects are conducted at European level allowing Isabelle LAPLACE to confirm its capabilities to work in an international environment.
