I joined the Le Mans University as Associate Professor in 2013. My research interests are related to TEL (Technology Enhanced Learning) and exploring innovative educational techniques such as:
- learning Games (Serious Games for Education)
- Situated Learning with mobile devices
- Human Computer Interactions for learning
- Mixed Reality
I’m particularly interested in providing tools and methods to teachers that will allow them to create customized Learning Games and facilitate their use in class.
I’m also very interested in digital art. During my Postdoctorate, at the Swedish Institute of Computer Science, I created a mobile application that enhances the spectator’s feeling of excitement, power and community at concerts or sports games.
J’ai rejoint l’université du Mans, en tant que MDC, en 2013. Mes travaux de recherche portent sur les EIAH (Environnements Informatiques pour l’Apprentissage Humain) et notamment les techniques innovantes telles que :
· Les jeux pédagogiques (Serious Games pour l’éducation)
· L’apprentissage situé avec dispositifs mobiles
· Les Interactions Homme Machine pour l’apprentissage
· Réalité Mixte et Virtuelle
Je travaille tout particulièrement sur des outils informatiques pour que les enseignants puissent eux même, concevoir leurs propres jeux pédagogiques, adaptés à leurs besoins, et les déployer sur le matériel à disposition (ordinateurs, tablettes, smartphones).
Je nourris également une passion pour les arts numériques. Lors de mon postdoctoral au Swedish Institute of Computer Science, j’ai notamment développé une application mobile artistique pour galvaniser les foules lors de concerts ou d’événements sportif.
