### Auto-assemblage de nanotsructures
je m'interesse à l'autoassemblage de nanostructures à base d'acides nucléiques. Mon objectif est de mieux comprendre les mécanismes d'assemblage afin de concevoir des nanostructures fonctionnelles de manière rationnelle. Mon approches consiste a étudier par calorimétrie différentielle à balayge et de titration isotherme les énergies impliquées lors de l'assemblage de ces nanostructures afin de construire une image du paysage d'énergie.
### développements instrumentaux
Une grosse partie de mes efforts consiste à améliorer la compréhension de la méthode expérimentale en étudiant des systèmes modèles ou développant des nouveaux instruments optimisés pour les liquides biologiques.
