3. Compétences et réalisations en lien avec le projet

 

Recherche

 

Actuellement, mon principal domaine de recherche est l'évaluation des effets du changement global sur la structure et le fonctionnement des écosystèmes côtiers. En particulier, je développe des travaux d’investigation visant à répondre aux questions suivantes: (1) Comment le fonctionnement des écosystèmes côtiers sera affecté par le changement global ? (2) Comment mesurer l'état et le fonctionnement et ses modifications ? (3) Comment quantifier les pressions humaines et leurs effets ? (4) Comment prévoir ces changements ? (5) Quelles mesures peuvent être proposées pour atténuer ces effets ? (6) Comment modifier la conscience et les comportements des citoyens afin de garantir la pérennité des écosystèmes côtiers ?

J’ai participé en divers projets de recherche et études d’impact environnemental et programmes de surveillance environnementale.

 

Entre 2015 et 2018, j’ai coordonné le réseau de surveillance des zones côtières du Portugal.

 

 

 

Enseignement et encadrement

 

Depuis 1997, enseignement en plusieurs cours de cours de Licence, Master et Doctorat (Impact Environnemental, Écologie Numérique, Biologie Marine, Ichtyologie, Impacts et Surveillance du Milieu Marin, Évaluation et Suivis des Impacts Environnementaux, Écologie des poissons, Modélisation écologique, Services d’écosystèmes et économie de l’environnement, Méthodes d’Investigation en Écologie, Poissons comme indicateurs du fonctionnement et de la qualité des écosystèmes côtiers (surtout dans l’Université de Lisbonne, Portugal, mais aussi d’autres pays, notamment Brésil, Mozambique, Angola, Argentine et France).

 

Coordination de programmes de Master et Doctorat (Doctorat en Biologie, Doctorat en Earthsystems, Doctorat en Sciences de la Mer, Master en Écologie et Gestion de l'Environnement).

 

Depuis 1999, responsable ou co-responsable de l’encadrement de : 31 stages de Licence, 11 stages ERASMUS, 78 stages de Master (M2), 28 thèses,  et 16 post-docs.

 

Entre 1999 et 2017, j’ai participé à 52 jurys de Licence (j’étais le rapporteur dans 21 de ces jurys), 156 jurys de Master (j’étais le rapporteur de 59 de ces jurys et le président de 34 autres), 75 jurys de Doctorat (j’étais le rapporteur de 32 de ces jurys dont 9 à l’étranger, et 8 fois président du jury), 7 jurys de Agrégation et HDR, et 17 jurys de postes académiques.
