Gaëlle AUDRAIN-DEMEY is researcher in law, at ESPI2R. She obtained a Ph.D. in law from the University of Nantes in 2018, with a specialization in public law. She has previously conducted her research in a laboratory of the CNRS and the University of Nantes (UMR DCS). Her doctoral thesis studied the consequences of soils pollution on the property right. Her current work focuses on biodiversity, soils polluted, territory development and planning. She is interested in effects of endangered species protection in the construction sector. She’s coauthor of a guidebook of « Environnemental Law » (R. Romi, B. Lormeteau, G. Audrain-Demey, Droit de l’environnement, Manuel, Domat, LGDJ, 2018).
