Estelle Nivault

After a master's degree in information and communication sciences, and a 1st professional experience as a scientific librarian at the [cellule MathDoc](http://www.mathdoc.fr/), I joined the CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research) in 2007. In charge of the documentation service of the[ I3S Laboratory](https://www.i3s.unice.fr/en) for 7 years, I developed by working in close collaboration with Inria's Scientific and Technical Information network, an expertise in the field of the valorisation and dissemination of open access publications. In 2015, I joined [Inria](https://www.inria.fr/en) (National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology) to managed during 3 years, the migration of the IFIP (International Federation for Information Processing) publications in an Open Digital Library on the HAL environment (https://hal.inria.fr/IFIP). At the end of this project, I carried out new editorial activities by taking in part of the support and the development of a portfolio of journals in computer science and applied mathematics, hosted on the Episciences.org platform (https://www.episciences.org). This mission allowed me to promote the BibTeX model for the citation of research software in scientific publications. Today, I'm working for the Open Archives department of the IES (Information and Scientific Publishing) service at Inria. I am involve in research management and dissemination research work, including software source codes, in collaboration with the [Software Heritage] initiative (https://www.softwareheritage.org/). Since summer 2022, I participate in the European project [FAIRCORE4EOSC](https://faircore4eosc.eu/), in the working group: "Metadata and PIDs for software: Curation and standardisation (WP6 - T6.4)".

Après une maîtrise en sciences de l’information et de la communication et une 1ère expérience de documentaliste scientifique à la [cellule MathDoc](http://www.mathdoc.fr/), j'ai intégré le [CNRS ](https://www.cnrs.fr/fr) en 2007 comme ingénieure d'étude. Responsable du service documentation du [Laboratoire I3S](https://www.i3s.unice.fr/fr) pendant 7 ans, j'ai pû développer en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le réseau d'Information Scientifique et Technique d'Inria, une expertise dans le domaine de la valorisation et de la diffusion des publications en libre accès. En 2015, j'ai rejoint [Inria](https://www.inria.fr/fr) pour piloter durant 3 ans, la migration de la [bibliothèque numérique de l’IFIP](https://ifip.hal.science/) (International Federation for Information Processing), au sein de l’environnement HAL. À l’issue de ce projet, j'ai mené de nouvelles activités, dans le domaine de l'édition, en participant à l'accompagnement et au développement d'un portefeuille de revues en informatique et mathématiques appliquées, hébergées sur la plateforme [Episciences.org](https://www.episciences.org/). Cette mission m'a notamment permis de promouvoir l’utilisation du modèle BibTeX pour la citation des logiciels de recherche dans les publications scientifiques. Aujourd’hui, mes missions sont pleinemement dévoluent au pôle Archives Ouvertes du service IES (Information et Edition Scientifique) d'Inria. J'exerce des activités de gestion et de diffusion des travaux de recherche, dont les codes sources de logiciels, en collaboration avec l'initiative [Software Heritage](https://www.softwareheritage.org/). Depuis l'été 2022, je participe au projet européen [FAIRCORE4EOSC](https://faircore4eosc.eu/), au sein du groupe de travail : "Métadonnées et PIDs pour les logiciels : Curation et standardisation (WP6 - T6.4)".
