    Mes travaux s’intéressent à l’autonomie fonctionnelle dans les contextes physiopathologiques en se focalisant plus particulièrement sur la fonction musculaire et l’impact des activités physiques adaptées. Trois orientations sont actuellement développées :

    1- Douleur et autonomie à la marche chez les personnes souffrant d’artériopathie oblitérante des membres inférieurs : caractérisation biomécanique de la marche des sujets en fonction de l’apparition de la douleur et de la localisation de la sténose vasculaire, impact de l’activité physique adaptée.

    2-    Impact de l’obésité et du vieillissement sur l’équilibre statique et dynamique : étude des effets cumulatifs de l’âge et de l’obésité sur la qualité de l’équilibre, étude de la fonction neuromusculaire des muscles fléchisseurs et extenseurs de la cheville.

    3-    La fonction neuromusculaire chez les personnes souffrant d’insuffisance rénale chronique en pré-dialyse. Caractérisation des atteintes musculaires (dynapénie, fatigabilité…) chez les patients souffrant de maladie rénale chronique, évaluer les effets de programme d’APA sur ces fonctions.
