I am Professor in Industrial Systems Engineering at ESTIA since 2017, and I co-supervise a multidisciplinary research axis focused on the studey, the design and the prototyping of "Technological and Human Systems". Main keywords deal with IoT, cyber-physical systems, energy management, decision support and transformations of organisations.
ESTIA, Superior School of Advanced Industrial Technology, is a postgraduate school for trilingual industrial Engineers located in Bidart, France. After nine years as a Consulting Engineer involved in CAD/CAM and PLM projects for technology transfers to companies, I joined the research team of ESTIA in 1999 and received a PhD degree from the University of Bordeaux in 2003, from the IMS - UMR 5218 - laboratory. Then I obtained my "HDR" (i.e. able to supervise PhDs) in 2009 and I became a member of the IMS laboratory.
From January 2010 to Januray 2013, I was in charge of a first multidisciplinary and research-action team, combining engineering and social-human sciences researchers. Our aim is to develop combined approaches for supporting innovation and change management in companies. From 2013 to 2017, I have been appointed director of studies of the academic program of ESTIA engineers.
