Céline Vial est titulaire d'un doctorat en économie appliquée à la filière équine. Elle est chercheuse à l'IFCE (Institut Français du Cheval et de l'Équitation), institut public au service de la filière équine, et elle est accueillie à l'INRAE (Institut National de Recherche pour l'Agriculture, l'Alimentation et l'Environnement), dans l'UMR MoISA (Montpellier Interdisciplinary center on Sustainable Agrifood systems). Dans le contexte actuel de développement des activités équestres, ses recherches en économie et sciences de gestion visent à analyser le comportement des consommateurs des biens et services liés à l’objet cheval et les marchés associés, mais aussi l'organisation des activités équestres et leurs impacts sur le développement territorial.
Céline Vial holds a PhD in economics applied to the equine industry. She is a researcher of IFCE (French Institute for Horse and Riding), a public institute which supports the development of equine activities, and she operates at INRAE (French national research institute for agriculture, food and environment), in the MoISA Unit (Montpellier Interdisciplinary center on Sustainable Agrifood systems). In the current context of the development of equestrian activities, her research in economics and management aims to analyze the behavior of consumers of goods and services related to horses and the associated markets, and also the organization of equestrian activities and their impacts on territorial development.
