Céline Vial has a phD in economics applied to the equine industry. She is a researcher of IFCE (French Institute for Horse and Riding), a public administered institution which supports the development of equine activities, and she operates at INRAE (French national research institute for agriculture, food and environment), in the MOISA Unit (Markets, Organizations, Institutions and Operators' Strategies). In the current context of the development of equestrian activities, her research aims at analyzing the behavior and demand of equestrian service consumers, the organization of equestrian activities and their impact on rural development.
