Présentation
I joint CNRS in 2000 (IRCELYON, University Lyon 1, ING group) at Design Engineer in Instrumentation, in order to develop new catalytic measurements setups. I dimensioned catalytic units and designed P&ID, including gas flow, instruments, reactors and analysis design.
In 2011 I reached the position of Research Engineer in Analytical Chemistry. I have collaborated to several projects dedicated to gas capture and separation over 5 years.
Simultaneously I have done a PhD supported by a European project "Carena H2020" (2011-2017). I studied the direct synthesis of Dimethyl Carbonate \[DMC\] starting from methanol and CO2 using a triphasic stirred reactor in liquid phase. I defended my PhD in 2017 (Title: Synthèse du carbonate de diméthyle par carboxylation du méthanol catalysée par des oxydes mixtes de cérium et de zirconium : relation structure–activité, étude mécanistique et cinétique).
Along the same time, I developed and managed an analytical platform of volumetric adsorption instruments. Consequently since 2017, my research and developments tasks focus on Adsorption techniques, including both dynamic and static setups as Zero Length Column, Volumetric instruments customized for vapors, breakrthough instruments designed for specific applications, including parallel screening of adsorbents.
At the same time I have taken in charge the develoment and management of High Throughput facilities at Axel One campus. Two Florence™ (Avantium) units are operated in a collaborative environnement supported by Axel 'one. One unit 1503 is dedicated to Fischer tropsch synthesis while the other 1504 one is used for kinetics studies.
