Dr. Bruno DAUCÉ is associate professor of Marketing, University of Angers, France.
His research interests include consumer behaviour and customer experience through sensory and olfactory marketing. Since 2002, he has been contributing to the book, "Marketing sensoriel du point de vente", published in its 5th edition in 2017. His research has been published in Tourism Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Global Marketing, Journal of International Consumer Marketing, Recherche et Applications en Marketing. His work has also been cited in the professional and popular press, such as Le Monde, Le Parisien, Points de Vente...
Dr. Bruno DAUCÉ teaches undergraduate, MSc courses on Experiential Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, retailing, and supervises MSc and PhD theses that relate to customer experience, retail design, retail atmospherics, sensory marketing. At the same time, he collaborates with various firms interested with customer experience and sensory marketing. He has been responsible for a Master's degree in digital marketing since 2001.
He received his PhD, MBA degrees from the University of Rennes 1.
