Brigitte Ouvry-Vial, Brigitte.Ouvry-Vial@univ-lemans.fr Host institution : Le Mans Université- UFR Lettres, 84 av. Olivier Messiaen 72000 Le Mans Brigitte Ouvry-Vial is Professor of 20th C. Literature and Information & Communication Sciences at Le Mans University (France), Senior member of Institut Universitaire de France and Chair of the Institut des Sciences Humaines et Sociales –Le Mans Université. Her current research focuses on an anthropological approach of 18th-21st C. literary reading practices in Europe supported by computational analysis of textual and visual evidences. She is the Project leader of READ-IT (Reading Europe Advanced Data Investigation Tool, 2018-2021): this interdisciplinary collaborative and European project (Information and Communication technologies, Digital Humanities, Social sciences and the Humanities) is an ICT driven-SSH lead project funded by the EU Joint Programming Initiative on Cultural Heritage-H2020 www.readit-project.eu.
