Blanche Segrestin is professor in Management Sciences, at Mines ParisTech, PSL Research University.
Chair « Theory of the firm. Models of Governance & Collective Creation », with Armand Hatchuel, with the support of Artelia, BPI France, Mirova, Nutriset, RTE Veolia, and the Collège des Bernardins.
Board member of the Chair of « Theory and Method for Innovative Design » (lead by A. Hatchuel and B Weil).
Since 2012, deputy director of the Center for Management Science, in charge of the doctoral program in Management Science.

Main research interests
\- **Theory of the firm**: management history, history of modern business companies, theory of the innovative firm
\- **Corporate governance and business law**: variety of governance models, corporate governance and stakeholder theory or corporate social responsibility. Management agency and business law.
\- **Governance of the innovation**: management of innovative capabilities and governance of creative processes.
