Blanche Segrestin is professor in Management Sciences, at Mines ParisTech, PSL Research University. Chair « Theory of the firm. Models of Governance &amp; Collective Creation », with Armand Hatchuel, with the support of Artelia, BPI France, Mirova, Nutriset, RTE Veolia, and the Collège des Bernardins. Board member of the Chair of « Theory and Method for Innovative Design » (lead by A. Hatchuel and B Weil). Since 2012, deputy director of the Center for Management Science, in charge of the doctoral program in Management Science. Deputy director of I3, Interdisciplinary Institute for Innovation (2016-2018) Engineer of Mines ParisTech (1997), Doctor in Management Science of Mines ParisTech (2003), Habilitation at University Paris Dauphine (2009). Main research interests \- **Theory of the firm**: management history, history of modern business companies, theory of the innovative firm \- **Corporate governance and business law**: variety of governance models, corporate governance and stakeholder theory or corporate social responsibility. Management agency and business law. \- **Governance of the innovation**: management of innovative capabilities and governance of creative processes.
