+33 2 47 42 78 47 **ACTIVTIES DE RECHERCHE** Mes travaux de recherches portent principalement sur l’étude des conséquences de nouvelles stratégies alimentaires (baisse protéique chez le poulet, alimentation de précision) et/ou de l’utilisation de nouvelles matières premières (tourteaux d’oléo-protéagineux, insectes…) sur la durabilité des systèmes de productions avicoles, avec un intérêt tout particulier pour la question de l’autonomie protéique en France et en Europe. Je m’intéresse également au développement de l’alimentation de précision chez le poulet de chair et la poule pondeuse, en vue de la conception de stratégies alimentaires plus durables. Pour cela, je développe des approches de modélisation aux échelles de l’animal et du système d’élevage. J’utilise également des approches systémiques telle que l’Analyse du Cycle de Vie (ACV) pour évaluer les impacts environnementaux des systèmes de productions avicoles. 47 42 78 47 **RESEARCH ACTIVTIES** My current research activities focus on the consequences of new feeding strategies (*e.g.* crude protein reduction in broilers, precision feeding) and/or the use of new feedstuffs in diets (*e.g.* oilmeals, protein crops, insects…) on the sustainability of poultry production systems, with a special emphasis on protein self-sufficiency in France and Europe. I am also interested in applying the “precision feeding” concepts to poultry to design more sustainable feeding strategies, both in broilers and layers. To that purpose, I develop models both at animal and farm scales, and I use systemic approaches such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to evaluate the sustainability of poultry production systems.
